To work at Puzzle Pieces ABA, all employees must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

All Behavior Therapists, or those working directly with the kids, must have or be willing to obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification. Applicants will be considered without this certification as long as it is achieved within six months of being hired (we will show you how!).

To supervise an ABA Therapy caseload, all applicants must have a Master's degree, be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and be in good standing with the BACB. Applicants without this certification will be reviewed for the RBT position.
